Has anyone seen the film "Milk"? I have not yet. However, in reality, Dan White (the one who killed Harvey Milk) was found dead in his car after committing suicide from exhaust asphyxiation shortly after the trial. On the radio, playing on a loop, was this song. What a great scene that would be. Just wondering if it was in the film.

Beautiful Song. I wish my dad had lived to see the worldwide explosion of interest in Irish Culture. He was born in Castleisland Kerry in 1863, died in Jan 1953. He was a moonlighter and left Ireland in 1879.

"michael" is a character representative of the many people who were taken to botany bay, thousands of miles from their families, for small crimes in order to make an example of dissidents. however, i am sorry to ruin your idea of how the song should be interpreted. everything must be pretty nice in your simple little world. fucker.
