Graphics were marginally better, I thought the HD versions actually looked crap.

It would've been one thing if the instruments were cheaper due to not having to deal with building an accelerometer for it and that the remotes power it, but when it's the same price as the other systems instruments with that stuff actually built in, you know something ain't right. They have to be making a killer profit off the Wii instruments.

Aside from a bit smoother animation, better lighting, and a larger crowd, it really doesn't look that different. I honestly thought the HD versions looked disappointing considering the hardware. This actually looks about what I expected out of the system, though I'm positive with more development time it could look better.

No they don't either, the animation is a ton better and was one of the big differences I've noticed right off. Actually, the platform don't even matter, Rock Band has a better aesthetic overall.

The intro for the guitar's quite trippy.
It's all extended sustains.
It messes my eyes up, but I still manage to hit it all, which is really weird.
