Your wrong...it's not about keeping a "freaking count". It about keeping the freaking beat of the music. And avoiding making your partner readjust to whatever beat change you decide to make. Just say you don't care about the beat and we'll leave it at that.

Look whatever...dancing these days lost all meaning, its not even about enjoying the dance anymore, its about 123...567 keeping a freaking count inside of your head, its like dancers move like robots these days. This guy in this video is dancing THE REAL WAY. THIS IS REAL DANCING. Like it or not.

Counts and beats are the same shit and they come with the music and used by musicians. Dancers are supposed to follow them, if they don't they kill the rhythm of the dance. You're right, dancing is dancing but if you continuously change beats, how can your partner follow you? And this goes to purpleinLA last comment. This has nothing to do with the chinese guy's level of dancing.

Man .what are you talking about dominican first foot that's just nonsense. Cuban always had danced like that since the son dance was created by cubans the left foot forward is being used since the creations. Go to wekipedia and find out for your self.

He is dancing "on 1" but like dominicans he is using the left foot foward first. I have not seen cubans doing it like that. |
