I think her second husband Gary Morton was also second to Desi in Lucy's heart. Her first series after the divorce was only done because Desi was executive producer and Lucy could not work without him.

She said the same thing in a scrapbook that I bought and that she could not have had anyone else be the father of her children. Every day they would speak on the phone and say that they loved each other and on the day before he died he rang her and told her that he loved her. At the end of his book he says that I Love Lucy was never just a title.

I am quite sure they have found each other,cause I believe in reincarnation,and when two ppl have a special kind of love they will be together in their other births.I believe they must be in their twenties now. I watch I love Lucy everyday,I have all the dvds, and am waiting for their "Home Movie"

Love it,the cutest couple ever,their love was special, even after the divorce Desi sent Lucy ,red and white carnations on every anniversary,by the way they are her fav. flowers. Also his second wife,Edith, was unhappy cause she knew that she was only second to Lucy in Desi's heart.
