They may have been born in Britain. But they have always thought and stated that they think of themselves as being Australians. In fact most of their relatives still live in Australia and this is where they grew up. In recent years both Barry and Robin have expressed interest in returning to live. Check out some of the early bee gee videos. They received their first recording contracts here as well.

Just to let you know, They were born on the Isle of Man to English parents, lived in Chorlton-cum-Hardy, Manchester, England, United Kingdom and during their childhood years moved to Brisbane, Australia, where they began their musical careers.

I can love and appreciate NYC just as much as London or Paris, etc, in short I find nothing of the world to be the "best", but rather everything unique.
