yeah, i know. the best- certainly better than most of the stuff you find on TV nowadays!!! and this is coming from someone born in the 1990's, so you can see how really great ILOVE LUCy is! i love it with all my heart.

Not quite...Little Ricky was "born" on January 19, 1953, but the episode was filmed in October 1952...it happened that Desi Arnaz Jr. was delivered by C-section the morning the "Lucy Goes to the Hospital" episode aired. She is quoted as saying, when asked about the sex of her own child, that she didn't mind if it was a boy or a girl "because I'll have a son on television tonight anyway." It happens that James John Gouzer Jr., who was the newborn Little Ricky, had the same coloring as Desi Jr...
