The Very Best of the Honeymooners

DVD review of 'The Very Best of The Honeymooners' - technically, less about the actual Honeymooner episodes as it is bloopers, clips, and information on the performers themselves - although it does include several bits, including the classic 'Letter to the Boss' and a bonus program 'The Wit and Wisdom of Ed Norton'

Warner Classics Mega Collection

The biggest DVD collection - ever. The Warner Classics Mega Collection fits that description with 237 DVDs. The good news is, Amazon is listing it at half off. The bad news is, it's still nearly $2,000.00. The good news is, it really does have a mammoth collection of great movies. If you want the complete collection, this is it.

White Christmas (1954), starring: Bing Crosby, Danny Kaye

After leaving the Army after W.W.II, Bob Wallace (Bing Crosby) and Phil Davis (Danny Kaye) team up to become a top song-and-dance act. Davis plays matchmaker and introduces Wallace to a pair of beautiful sisters (Betty and Judy) who also have a song-and-dance act. When Betty and Judy travel to a Vermont lodge to perform a Christmas show, Wallace and Davis follow, only to find their former commander, General Waverly, is the lodge owner.
