Laughing Gas - Charlie Chaplin
Charlie Chaplin's directing debut, 'Laughing Gas' - Although only a dental assistant, Charlie pretends to be the dentist. After receiving too much anesthesia, a patient can't stop laughing, so Charlie knocks him out with a club. Charlie is then sent to the drug store by the dentist, gets in a fight with a man who receives a brick in the face, thus becoming another dental patient. He also pulls the skirt off of the dentist's wife while she is outside walking.
