“Not Clown” moves to off-Broadway
According to Broadway News, the play “Not Clown” is moving to off-Broadway. Describing the play as “In a time when clowns are tortured and circuses banned, a girl longs for their outlawed life,” state press notes. Directed and with a concept by Carlos TreviƱo and written by Steve Moore , Not Clown is “sublimely ridiculous,
deeply moving, and at the same time a troubling allegory.
