He was the best!!! He took me to lunch back in 1973 at Clare's Pantry at the Palm Springs mall when I was 3, he was doing a show with my Mom on the local TV Station....he was a really nice man... & yes I remember some of the time we spent...I was 3 so I don't remember much...he did do Gertrude & Heathcliff for me!!! ...Last time I saw him he was here in Yakima in 1989 or 1990 at the Washington State Fair...funny as ever...he will be Missed!!! He was like Guzlers Gin...Smooth!!!

LOL, you are a funny lady Deborah :) From what I have read, Red was a great guy and very big on family.
Thanks for commenting.

What a let-down. From the title, I thought I was gonna see Red's legs...lol!
What a funny man he was, and from all accounts, he was a genuinely decent human being.
5* and many thanks for sharing these gems with all of us, Mike!

Thank you. I made this clip from the salvaged pieces of a full episode. The print was badly damaged so I took out the bad parts and this is what was left.
It was fun to do :)

Oh WOW! This clip is so hilarious ! Too bad a lot of the comedians today just can't measure up to Red Skelton!

Part of his talent was to sometimes make it look that way :) Thanks Rita.
