Brian Hoffman doing his impression of the "King of Comedy" Red Skelton. Mr. Skelton was a brilliant comedian and actor in the early years of the Big Screen. He later went over to Television in 1950 and remained on top in the ratings for the next twenty years. What a man. He became known as America's favorite clown when he introduced Freddie the Freeloader, a humble hobo who lived in the city dump, to the viewing public. Red's show was the only thing would get my father to stop farming for an hour. I was only nine years old when they aired the last Red Skelton show. His memories will always be with me. I do this tribute to Red because of the words of strangers. I started doing standup comedy in the early 1990's. My friends convinced me to perform in a amature night at Hilarities Comedy Club in Akron Oh. I guess you could say I was hooked from there. The "high" I get from being on stage and allowing people to laugh is the best. Soon thereafter is when patrons of the club would say to me, "You remind me of Red Skelton". I do this and more in hopes that his legend will live on. What a man, humble and sincere. I feel blessed to be able to do this for him. Thank you Red Skelton for making me laugh.

Thank you so much. If ever in Vegas look me up and I will see if I can get you in to see me. I don't have a very steady venue yet, but still working on it.

I believe that the Red Skelton estate had it removed. If you noticed the Frogs, Frogs, Frogs, has been removed too.

Thank you so very much. It's people like you that have convinced me to do this. It's sometimes very hard for me to believe that I can be like him. Again,.. I thank you.
