This Gabriel lady has certainly gone a long way with "how you look" considering that she says it's not important!
As to the 'voice' . . . it sounds like she swallowed gravel and is so hoarse that maybe bourbon holds the key to what you Wolfgang calls "irresistable".
Allow me to finish with saying that I'm left with a feeling that I get from this woman, which feels controlling and whispy flaky in tone.
Otherwise, I wish her the best of luck . . . in a different venue.
