Okay, I have mostly stepped out, but just have to sneak in for this one...the old testament is the basis for the overwhelming majority of anti-gay (and anti-interracial marriage) propaganda and arguments. Hell, Sodom and Gomorrah, constantly referenced here, is Old Testament. Most anti-gay stuff dates back to the days of a more wrothful, severe god (OT). Christ didn't really have much bad stuff to say about gays. So I agree with what you're saying, but not with what you think you're saying.

As for New testament, Jesys clealrly states that the sinner should pluck out their Eye or cut off their hand if it makes them sin For it is better to lose the parts than the whole to hell. Through Christ's example it is also clear to castigate and chastize those who are an offense to god .Clealry Homos are a grave offenst to god worthy of chatizement and Shunning ALL sound christian doctrine

1) Only a MORON would attribute Old testament law to christianity and christians. Old testament is Jewish Covenant. In FACT, the Very BASIS of Christianity is the New Testament, and that the New Testament supercedes the Old Testament.DUH !!! @wiseonetest What is your problem? You're arguing for something that is morally unsound. The bible states that only God has the right to judge. God loves all. There are many things in the old testament not to be taken literally. How can you prosecute any one person for one sin than the next? The bible DOES NOT say any one sin is worse than another. The people make it so. The world would be a lot better place if would could support equal rights, not hate one for unjust reasons.

What is now needed is criminalizations of homosexuality. 85 nations have laws against homosexuality. this goes a long way in keeping the public safe. with high penalties and fines, the costs of Homosexuality can be recouped from homosexuals through the justice system thereby lessening the burden on the tax payer
