Larry, what a comic genius...I grew up with asthma and loved every minute of laughing myself sick!!! God Bless You Larry Fine!

His talking was fluent, so even though his speech maybe slightly slurred but his mind was still firing on all four cylinders. It's great hearing him remininsce. Dont feel sorry for him. He lead a great life and left a legacy that will last forever. He may not have had much money when he died but he sure enjoyed himself spending it. And you cant take it with you.
Bless you Larry.

It brought me to tears seeing Larry in such poor health. Thank you so very much for posting this. God Bless the Three Stooges.

yes, gambling was a problem for Larry. Moe withheld some of Larry's pay so that Larry would have something to live on later in life.

Well, maybe that was a little part of it, but his main problem was his own compulsive gambling.

I believe Larry Fine suffered a stroke shortly before his death, which explains his slurred speach. Thanks for posting this rare interview with a comedy legend.

Larry seems like a real, down to earth, cool guy in real life. |
