It's easy to tell though... how long did the Darkness last? where are they now? same with Scissor sisters, britney spears, christina aguilera, or any mainstream stuff now. no music will have the same impact as what we call classics now. 20-30- even 40 year old songs by Zeppelin, Sweet (wig wam bam, ballroom blitz) T-rex! even 50 year old music by elvis still gets as much if not more popularity than ever!.. can you say, britney spears will be HUGE like that in 50 years? Rock lives forever

i agree. and motley crues awesome as well! its funny that todays bands music doesnt last long, but stuff like this is that was made ages ago is still being played.

Bands from the 70s and 80s are 1000% better than most of today's bands especially Bon Jovi and Alice Cooper
