We lead similar lifestyles but some cultural differences are vast. La Cosa Nostra began in Sicily and spread like all gangs, to neighboring regions such as Calabria and that of Naples as well. The Sicilians were also the first to bring this organized crime to the US in an attempt to spread their territory.
