The treatment of the Native Americans is the biggest embarrassment of this Nations History. There should be a Native American history month like Black History month and it should be in July to mock the american Independence day because that was the day that became the downfall of the TRUE Native Americans.

It's so sad .. Why the hell can't people just live peacefully together? I'm not exactly proud to be white, after seeing this, although I have nothing to do with it... I - for one - have nothing but respect for the native americans.

Casino tribes get there's, but for the most part Natives are poor. My mother's bill's for a year is about 1,500.00 and yet she struggles to pay them it's sad. Its our country. but we are still mascot's. Blacks, mexican, and gays have more right's than us please get a hold of me now we need our rights

this is more than horrible...and the worst thing is that apparently not much has changed in the attitude towards native americans...i'm european and i wasn't aware of what the situation was/is like in the us...appalling...i wish and hope that someday native americans will stand up for their rights and be respected for what they are...

Sadly I dont think average white American cares now no more then they cared back then. Greed will always overshadow the sufferings the white man inflicted upon these amazing people & all Native tribes. The government was evil & still is. They absolutely corrupt & if you noticed the gov is continuing to kill us all even today. I am sad to see what we have lost & can only pray somehow we can keep the memories & history alive.
