Iran bides its time over nuclear deal - 2 Nov 2009
Mohamed ElBaradei, the director-general of the International Atomic Energy Agency, is in New York to present his final annual report as head of the organisation to the United Nations.
In Iran, there are conflicting messages about the government's stance on the latest UN-backed proposal regarding the country's nuclear programme, a plan that would seen Tehran ship its uranium to Russia for enrichment.
Nazanine Moshiri reports from the Iranian capital.
