you wouldnt be saying that if one was let off near you lol but yeah its to do with defense where its needed and all that crap. All the money's going towards intergated military systems and new aircraft, ect ect rather then the need for nukes which kinda makes sense as were not in the cold war anymore. I'd be happy if they were able to supply every soldier with decent body armour new jeeps and those things to deal with todays crisis
